Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at My Toys (mytoyshops.com). We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-returnable items:

  • Opened or used electronic toys and devices (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products or digital content

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@mytoyshops.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Items not in their original condition or with missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at contact@mytoyshops.com.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).

If the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping costs.
